Maricke Angenent is an Erasmus student from TU Delft and she is on an internship for 3 months with our group.
Her traineeship is about Skin-on-chip model: Microfluidic approach to recapitulate the human skin in vitro, the work is carried out under the supervision of Jesús Ciriza. A TU Delft supervisor is also involved and monitoring her activity.

During her stay, Maricke participated in this year’s edition of the European Researchers’ Night, a public event throughout Europe.
An for last, within our cycle of seminars she gave us an interesting talk about her research work in our group “Skin-On-Chip Project: Overview and Hurdles to Overcome”
Hope she enjoyed her stay with us and has enriched her baggage of experience.
