Short Biography

Claudia Olaizola Rodrigo studied Biomedical Engineering at Tecnun, University of Navarra. During her Bachelor’s final project, she fabricated microfluidic platforms that simulate an intestine-on-a-chip. After completing her Bachelor, she moved to Barcelona to course a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Barcelona and The Polytechnic University of Catalonia. She joins TMElab group to carry out her doctoral thesis, which focuses on the development of a cutting edge technology of deformable material to implement microfluidic devices.
